What is Osechi?
Osechi is a traditional Japanese New Year’s meal, enjoyed with family to celebrate the start of the year.
Each dish is prepared with care and carries a special meaning—
wishes for health, happiness, strength, and good fortune in the year ahead.
Rather than just a meal, Osechi is a way to share hope and positive energy for the New Year.

Kuromame (Simmered Sweet Black Soybeans)
→ Represents health, hard work, and longevity
Eating kuromame is a traditional wish for a strong and healthy year ahead.
Grilled Yellowtail with Sio-Koji Marinade
→ Symbolizes strength and positive energy
In Japan, BURI (yellowtail) is associated with growth, progress, and success.
Kuri Kinton (Sweet Chestnut Paste)
→ A gentle sweetness for happiness and prosperity
Its golden color represents wealth, joy, and a bright year to come.

Manufactured on equipment shared with tree nuts, peanut, sesame, wheat, soy, egg, milk, fish, and shellfish.
◎ Consume as soon as possible after opening the pouch.
◎ Freezing is possible, but some items may not be suitable for freezing.
※ If frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight or under running water. Then heat using the boiling water method.
※ Do not heat while still frozen to preserve quality.

For rice, heat for 1 minute 30 seconds, then let it sit for 30 seconds before opening and fluffing well.
Guideline: 500W/600W ~ 2 min 30 sec | 1000W ~ 1 min 30 sec
Use tongs to remove the pouch carefully.
