Salmon Kasuzuke (鮭の粕漬け), derived from the Japanese words "sake lees" (kasu) and "pickling" (zuke), is a 1,200-year-old technique that uses sake lees, the byproduct of sake production, to infuse rich flavor and nutrients. [Storage Instructions]
◎ Keep refrigerated at or below 40°F (4°C).
◎ Consume as soon as possible after opening the pouch.
◎ Freezing is possible, but some items may not be suitable for freezing.

※ If frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight or under running water. Then heat using the boiling water method.
※ Do not heat while still frozen to preserve quality.

[Heating Instructions]
Microwave
Make a small cut in the pouch and heat for 1–2 minutes.
For rice, heat for 1 minute 30 seconds, then let it sit for 30 seconds before opening and fluffing well.
Guideline: 500W/600W ~2 min 30 sec | 1000W ~1 min 30 sec

▶ Boil in Pouch
Place the unopened pouch in boiling water and heat according to the label instructions.
Use tongs to remove the pouch carefully.
