Storage Instructions
◎ Keep refrigerated at or below 40°F (4°C).
◎ Consume as soon as possible after opening.
◎ Freezing is possible, but some items may not be suitable for freezing.

※ If frozen, defrost in the fridge overnight or under running water.
※ Do not heat while frozen to preserve quality.
Heating Instructions
▶ Microwave
Make a small cut in the pouch and heat for 1–2 minutes.
For rice, heat for 1 minute 30 seconds, let sit for 30 seconds, then fluff well.
Guide: 500–600W ~ 2 min 30 sec | 1000W ~ 1 min 30 sec

▶ Boil in Pouch
Place unopened pouch in boiling water and heat according to label instructions.
※ Caution: Pouch will be very hot.
